account still connected

i was dced while logging onto my character but when i try log back on a message appears and says account is connected... how can i fix this ? i really want to play

i believe you have to give your ign for this purposes

was fixed but now doing again.... is it because my sm is in LOT and i might not have patch on this pc? but i beleive i downloaded the patch..... i dunno i guess i will stop playing for today btw if u need ign of a char one is (Noob)
